Warranty
Enspire Furniture & Homewares believes in the quality of our products and are proud to offer a warranty on the majority of our products. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase so please contact us as soon as you can if you believe your product is faulty or damaged.
Standard Warranty
For the majority of our products we offer a standard 12 months against manufacturing defects or product failure. This is provided the defect is not a result of normal wear and tear and the product has not been used in a commercial setting. You are entitled to a replacement or refund if the products are deemed defective or if the defective element is able to be rectified within a reasonable timeframe, we will have the item repaired.
Lounge Warranty
Our lounges come with an impressive warranty:
- 10 years on frames
- 5 years on foam and suspension
- 2 years on stitching and coverings
- 2 years on electric components
This warranty will be honoured providing any defects are not the result of normal wear and tear and the product has not been used in a commercial setting.
Defect or Characteristic?
Many natural and recycled materials and fibres have individual characteristics such as colour variations and slight blemishes. These should not be considered a fault, rather they should be celebrated as a unique feature of your piece as they form part of its character.
Returns Policy
Please choose your items carefully as Enspire do not offer refunds on items if you simply changed your mind, found the item cheaper elsewhere, decided you did not like the purchase, or had no use for it. However, discretionary product exchange or store credit note may be issued if the item is received within 14 days of purchase in an unused condition with all labels attached.
Delivery
If you are able to fit your purchase in your vehicle you can take it home with you! For oversized items, our team are happy to arrange delivery via our reputable local delivery network. Prices vary depending on the distance, size and quantity of your items. We regularly organise deliveries locally from Mullumbimby right down to Yamba and across to Kyogle and can provide an estimate for these in store. For delivery outside these local areas we can obtain a quote from our providers.
Furniture Safety
Enspire Furniture & Homewares takes product safety and customer wellbeing very seriously and we recommend the following precautions to prevent injury in accordance with Australian Standards.
Wall Anchoring:
Some of our larger products may require a ‘wall anchor’ to be installed to help prevent the product from toppling over and causing serious injury or death to small children.
These include but are not limited to; large storage or modular units over 600mm tall & entertainment units, buffets or cabinets over 500mm tall.
Your anchor kit should have been included either in the packaging or attached to the product itself. Please install your anchor kit as soon as possible using appropriate fixings for your wall type.
Wall Hanging
We recommend any products that require hanging or securing to a wall or other structure to be installed by a suitably qualified tradesperson. Please only use rated hanging fixtures and never exclude the Safe Weight Limit of the securing fixture.
Electrical
Enspire Furniture & Homewares recommends that all electrical products, such as light fittings, be installed by a qualified electrician.

Covid-19
Our showroom is open as usual and we will continue to adhere to government guidelines to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.
